Cleanup and Redevelopment – GM Plants 2, 3 and 6 (Fisher Body)
The RACER (Revitalizing Environmental Communities Environmental Response) Trust was established by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in March 2011 to manage, cleanup and prepare for redevelopment 89 former GM properties in 14 states, including properties in Lansing and Lansing Township.
RACER is committed to partnering with communities, local and state governments, elected officials and economic development professionals as we seek beneficial reuses for these properties.
